Its location was central, a short walk to Veneto Casino. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a beautiful area. The staff was helpful, kept everything fairly clean and very clean.

i had good days staying at this city hotel. location was decent and i appreciated bright rooms. the continental breakfast was savoury, lots of options.

Decent views from the well-kept room, flexible employees. Pleasant location, just off the metro station, however the area was underwhelming. Helpful service throughout too. Besides, there was good wifi, had no problem with it.

Restful stay in a well-maintained hotel. Cool staff and gorgeous breakfast with plenty of options. Downstairs bar was premium and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our absolutely perfect room and fine beds.

The place was small and business and the staff were best, the location was unbeatable between the two main airports. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of meals. Easy check-in and very good service. I had a really really nice stay, thank you so much: D

It was an awesome experience in a SILENT hotel. Not pushy staff, our room was well furnished and nicely furnished. Breakfast was outstanding and had plenty of options - fruit, tea, coffee, bacon and eggs. Ideally located for us.

Functional room, fast check out, absolutely amazing staff. It was right by down Town centre, the metro station Iglesia del Carmen, optimal location overall. The pool was great and I had fine drinks in the salad bar. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

all the employees, especially front desk staff were friendly. the hotel is in a downtown area and within walking distance of everything. it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from iglesia del carmen subway station, loved that, easily traveled around the city.

The nearby restaurant, Chez Titi, was as close as 400 feet from the hotel. This property was situated in front of tourist destinations like casco viejo. Comfortable bed, I slept like a baby.
